Recipe Ingredients

- 4 Pieces boneless pork chop
- 2 Cloves garlic,minced
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) Package sauerkraut
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Large yellow onion,sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,or soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Seasoning pork chop with garlic, salt and black pepper.
Set aside.
Rinses sauerkraut under cold water, squeezes all liquid out and set it aside.
Pre heat a skillet or wok, pour oil when it hot.
Pan-fried pork chop in medium low heat till meat done.
Removed pork chop from the skillet, set a side.
Sauté onion and sauerkraut in the same skillet.
Add Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce) and brown sugar.
Stirs well.
Put sauerkraut on a large plate and top with fried pork chop before serve. |
