Celebrity recipe - James Woods - Actor

Recipe Ingredients

Combined Prep & Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4-6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 ( 16-oz ) can red kidney beans
1 ( 16-oz ) can stewed tomatoes
salt & pepper, to taste
2 cups cooked rice

Recipe Instructions

Preparation:

In a skillet, brown beef with onion.

Drain off excess grease.

Add kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Heat through.

Serve over rice.
