Recipe Ingredients
4 Pieces boneless pork chop 2 Cloves garlic,minced ¼ Teaspoon salt ¼ Teaspoon black pepper 1 (1 lb.) Package sauerkraut 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 Large yellow onion,sliced 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,or soy sauce 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar |
Directions
Seasoning pork chop with garlic, salt and black pepper. Set aside. Rinses sauerkraut under cold water, squeezes all liquid out and set it aside. Pre heat a skillet or wok, pour oil when it hot. Pan-fried pork chop in medium low heat till meat done. Removed pork chop from the skillet, set a side. Sauté onion and sauerkraut in the same skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce) and brown sugar. Stirs well. Put sauerkraut on a large plate and top with fried pork chop before serve. |
