Ripe Mango - 1 large Ripe Apricots - 8 Water - 3/4 cup Variations: * Use 1 small pineapple instead of the mango * Use freshly squeezed orange juice instead of water |
Directions
Peel and pit the mango and roughly chop the flesh. Halve and pit the apricots. Place the mango flesh and apricots in a blender or food processor with 3/4 cup water and blend until smooth Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the pulp. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or cover and shill before serving. |
