I love this site. Very easy and clean navigation, no registration, and it has a ton of popular movies and TV shows which are updated constantly. They usually have the latest episode of most popular TV shows posted soon after they are aired as well as some or all of the past episodes as well. Their movie category is pretty impressive too with both main-stream and obscure titles; even ones which haven't even left the theater.

This site links to videos on various free media hosting services around the web so it's not uncommon to find that some of the videos are down although if you report the link as dead, they are relatively quick in finding another source, if any exist.

If you use firefox, I also recommend and extension called UnPlug which can give you a direct URL to save most of the videos if you wish.
