Scam Up Date

I kept in contact with my little friend for a while. He had started out, before I knew what was going on, by asking me to send him a phone. When it progressed to opening a bank account, I backed off and a friend exposed him. Well after that he knew a great African "herber man" who cured 7 soldiers from HIV. I saw that one flying right at me.
Next he kept trying to get me to send money. Why do I leave myself open for this? Because I resent anyone who preys on people who have been through as much as I have, looking to compound the misery. What is wrong with them? i know they are brought up this way I guess. But to find someone who is drowning in misery like I have been, and want to compound it?
My best friend told me he was contacted by a "model" on a shoot in Africa, who was stranded and needed help. He only admitted to me how much she got him for. $8000 that he could not spare, he was being kind and never heard of these things.
Luckily, the dummies at the bank cleared the check, so he was out nothing. But now the bank is calling expecting HIM to fix this. Hey they know better, know all about these scams, and if they were stupid enough to clear a check drawn on an African Bank, it is their problem. And this I told him, that manager is now in big trouble and this is why he made those threatening phone calls.
Well scams can come from any where. Does not have to come out of Africa. I loaned a desperiate "friend" money for an emergancy, and needed that money myself. She has not lifted a finger to restore this money I need. A friend huh.
Well never lend or give what you will miss because whether friend or stranger you will never see it again.
