This photo shows an Australian airplane called the Canberra bomber. It¢s executing a landing inside the 82 Bomber Wing in Amberley, Queensland.
The pilot decided to cut some corners and land directly in the maintenance bay without taxying from the runway. As insane as it looks, it was actually a fairly routine procedure.
The mechanic laying on the ground was new to the Wing and decided to play it safe. |
