\\computer\drive Is Not Accessible, network problems with sharing files... Options

Recently I added to a home network 2 pc's. At network everybody can see each other as name and Ping in dos is working. The problem is that the 2 new recently installed PC cannot browse each other in share files folders. The following message appears. Guest account is activated, simple file sharing is off, permissions are read only from everyone, IP 's are static, gateway is a router's address.


\\Computer\Drive is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
permissions. Access is denied.

and a last tip by me:

regardless of permissions try accessing a hidden drive on a computer with filesharing enabled like this:

\\computer\drivename$

for example:

\\mypc\c$
