Www.theperfectpage.org, is this the perfect page ? Options

Ok, it is a month or so... I go there, register and then they have a section where you ask the board to judge your site. I posted our forum here. They come and say : "No big deal, skin too plain and this stupid login box that forces you to register... i wanted to leave in a sec."

Ok, i replied i really like that box.
The admin there wrote :
"This box is used by stupid people in stupid forums" or something like that ( the original posts were democratically deleted by him later )

I replied :
"Stupid people think that way"

BAN !

Conclusion : If you visit that particular site, you must accept being called stupid but if you return the favor, you will get banned and your posts deleted.

Thank God my BAN is not permanent

Sorry to BUMP and old thread, but I have to agree because the staff there, especially one called Michael, are so damn rude and rubbish moderators that it makes my toilet look like heaven compared to that dump. I simply asked for help in the "Perfect Points" 3.0.2 and Michael and Ax Slinger totally jumped on me, quoting where I said "I can't really take the time to cycle through 100 or so pages." so Ax simply quoted that and posted "Would you like to know how I respond to people who say that? My usual response is below..." to which Michael responded "Simon92

What the hell? So I am posting back saying "Oh Wow! I never realised that the help thread was SO Useful! I hope you realise that taking this sort of tone with people like me is going to end up with points systems like iPoints rising through the ranks quicker, because they don't take 100's of pages of support! Sorry to BUMP an old thread as you say, but I have been to the perfect page many times and never had a problem with anyone there. But I read those support threads so maybe that's why. You know what I noticed about those support threads? They were full of the same questions posted over and over and over and over by people who didn't read them. So if it were me I would have told you the same thing.

I do agree that Michael was pretty rude though, and I also thought his practice of encrypting his mods was pretty pretentious. Downright annoying in fact. But that was just him. Jeff was considerably friendlier and a better programmer as well, and he never went in for code encryption. Ax was a pretty stand up guy as well, if you didn't come off as too lazy to help yourself, like a lot of people did. Not understanding is one thing. But not even taking the time to try? That's a different ball game.

In any case, you didn't get what you went there for because you were too lazy to read the support threads. For that you have no one to blame but yourself. And that is why they finally just closed the board. They got tired of repeating the same crap day after day and finally said enough was enough. Why should they keep paying for a website that is frequented by lazy people who won't even help themselves? I don't blame them for that one bit.

As far as my defending them goes, ban me if you wish. I don't care. I only registered to say what I said, and having said it... I'm outta here.
