Fruits Candy Mb, did they eat too many candy ? Options

Here is the craziest of stories :

a few months ago ( Sep-Oct 2005 ) i had a problem with Gallery code... Doing some search i found some suggestions on a really nice looking green site, named Fruits Candy MB with some members but quite promising. I registered and read my topic which was not so helpful anyway.

I forget about the site, come back March 1st 2006 and, since they seem like having the same members they had back then, propose an advertising campaign.

I even offered them a week of free advertising and i was very very polite and more than friendly....

I logged in today, 3rd of March 2006 and found my proposal topic DELETED and my account DELETED too !!!!

No warning, no explanation... they just kick people out for no reason !!!!

I come over here, suggest affiliation and free advertising ....

come back a few hours later and find :

• account deleted !!!!!
  
  

which of the rules did i break and u [i[killed[/i] my account ?

is this a serious place or am i mistaken ?

yes, this is a serious place. we all come here to talk about what we love. but there are basic unspoken rules that you basically just have to know and expect.

you are not allowed to advertize, for another forum/board or products, or for you store even. FCMB is a board primarily targeting the anime/manga lovers and there are also other people who find our span of other topics comfortable to stay. advertisement on this board means spam. and spam should be done in specific forums, in here we call it the Spammer's Paradise. spamming on anywhere else will not be tolerated.

we also knew of people who strictly goes to board and advertize for another forums and products or stores and we will go the longer distance and delete all the posts and the account.

if you are of the people that is not described above but just wanna be another member of FCMB and talk about what you like and share ur dreams with us, even, but really want to share with us ur store; then i, as a mod, sincerely apologize and hope that this will not happen again. and suggested that you post about it at our Web Post forum instead, and tell us some more about ur store and the background and the such. HOWEVER, if more posts like this pops up else we, we will be deleting posts and killing accounts again. we do this in protection to other members against spam.

so in simple words there is NO warn system here, NO suspension of members, no moderation periods, not even explanation of your actions as a Moderator... you could be accidentally deleting posts, topics or even accounts accidentally or on purpose for any reason ...?

sorry to sound like that but this approach does not comply with the serious forum you describer above.... and feel free to delete my posts again if this will be your only way to contradict my debate here

i moderate and administrate forums 15x the size of this WITHOUT ever DELETING a simple post ( just make the invisible ) and OF COURSE NEVER deleting a single member, even spammers
