I have really sad news...

I recently found a tutorial demonstrating how a player can cheat the Arcade engine quite easily... I used this on some Affiliate boards and made scores of 10000000000000 for Tetris .... sad.gif

Well, this could mean many things :

First of all, we could play for the fun of it and never takescores too seriously, in fact we could delte all scores once a month to give opportunities to all.

But people LIKE the competition and i can perfectly assure you that the members of yourforum have THE HIGHEST scores i have seen in ANY other board !!!

Honetsly, i got to forums with 1000-3000 games and the high score for Tetris is for example, 130k and in here it is 5 million ( made by me plus.smilie3.gif )

The cheat system kills honest players that DO struggle for a high score.

I am seriously thinking of doing something different to prevent cheating :

make a post limit of at lest 3 posts per day for people to play in the Arcade. This would definitely discourage outsiders to try to hack our system. But i will need your feedback and opinions on this, please post below...
