Very nice post sweet pea! I agree with you too. Crash was awesome and deserved the Best Picture ... Brokeback Mountain was great too, but we have seen the story before, just this time we saw it done to two men. However Jake Gyllenhaal was robbed like you said, I too love George Clooney, but Jake was awesome. I am also quite upset that Joaquin Phoenix didn't get Best Actor, he did a great job, I have seen Johnny Cash my whole life, and Joaquin had his movements, his expressions, his mannerisms down. He did a fantastic job. But I have to say this, I didn't get a chance to see Capote, so its possible I am not being fair.
And Viv this one was a bit of a snooze, not a lot of really good entertainment this year with the award show. But I've been watching them since I was a kid, and I got the daughter hooked on them when she was small, so we kind of make it a party every year no matter how bad the show is. --------------------  Look at me now, I am the green fairy!
