We are very excited to be returning to Greece. It's a country with special significance for us, particularly Alex, who has Greek family.

The last time we played in Athens, we had an amazing welcome from our Greek fans. We are looking forward to seeing them again.

We have always had a special feeling for the people and culture of Greece and the band is thrilled to be playing the Rockwave Festival. Dear all,

Mecano is very happy to perform for all our fans in Athens, Greece. We will perform new and old Mecano songs. We hope that our music and poetry will be a pleasure to listen to. We even try to arrange a small exhibition in the Booze Cooperative in Athens. In this gallery we will bring the world of Mecano. We will expose drawings, sculptures, visuals, video and dia's. All of us in Crimson Glory would like to thank our amazing fans in Greece for their loyal, dedicated support over the past two decades!

We truly appreciate and adore all our fans in Greece. You are very, very special to us and you have always made us feel special in return.
We are honored to have been invited to perform this year at the 2006 Rockwave Festival for our first reunion concert. We will be performing at the festival with the full original band member lineup: Midnight (vocals), Jon Drenning (lead guitar), Ben Jackson (rhythm guitar), Jeff Lords (bass guitar) and Dana Burnell (drums).

We will also have a very special guest named, 'Shadow', joining us for this special occasion as an additional percussionist, keyboardist and background singer...
