PC users that request this support will feel secure and be able to watch and interact as the modifications and troubleshooting is being performed by skilled professionals. The remote aspect allows the PC user to be present while the troubleshooting is being performed. There is no need to worry about privacy, you will be watching. No need to copy personal files to a disk so you can take it to a shop or have someone come to your home for support. And you are in constant communication with the support technician so answers to questions can be answered in real time, rather than in emails or call backs. And the best part is you will not have to sit on hold and wait for support or try to understand and follow out instructions being told to you by the technician. He will be doing it for you, right before your very own eyes! I can't seem to say enough great things about this tool, but I had to add this too. The ease and painless set up to allow the support technician to remotely access your PC is so simple that anyone and I mean anyone can do it. Fantastic!
