I have a 120 Gb hard disc seperated in two partitions. C: for windows, programms etc. and D: for mp3s and downloads.
I just purchased a 250 Gb disk that will be used for mp3s. So the first thing I will do is transfer everything from D: to my new 250 Gb HD. My questions is: is there a way I can delete the partitions in my 120 Gb HD without formating the disk? It will take me lots of time to backup C:, reinstall windows, get the updates, install all my programs from the beggining... -------------------- ![]() |

OK, mission accomplished. These topics are a great resource for future users though.
All I have to say is DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT user Norton Partition Magic. Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 will do the work perfectly! Norton Partition Magic didn't do the job for me and messed things up, so this is another prove that Symantec products suck! In the afternoon I will upload the program with its key generator so that everybody can have it. Thanks a lot Nick. Lots of time was saved with your help. -------------------- ![]() |
