it is common that a lot of Posts / Polls that are indeed interesting get lost in a pile of common posts we make... sometimes there is not enough time to search through all new posts

Photoshoped. Should be pleasant and catchy but not too confusing or slow to load (some sites are slow to load even with broadband). Depends on the purpose of the site of course different look for business and different for entertainment or personal site (stating the obvioius eh?)
