Of the foods listed on the poll I had to choose the Greek Salad. I love that dish!!! The Feta cheese and olives ... Mmmmmmmmmm!!! I eat it whenever I can get to Daphne's Greek Cuisine. (Its the only Greek restaurant I know of here in Southern California). I'm also a salad freak so that helped out a lot in the vote!

I have looked at some of the general recipes from Greece...and EWWWWWWWWW!.. Lamb...gross....Eel....Nasty....Olives....yuck...French Fries and Feta Cheese...now that I might eat...but just about everything else...gag me

Μιας και είμαι άτομο που μου αρέσει να συνδυάζω το καλό φαγητό με μουσική χαλαρά θα επέλεγα taverna!
 Βέβαια, και το souvlaki στο Μοναστηράκι και στην Δραπετσώνα (Η γωνιά του Κώστα, Καράμπαμπάς) είναι τέλειο...  και χαίρομαι που η χώρα μου έχει την καλύτερη κουζίνα στην Ευρώπη... δεν είναι τυχαίο... οι Έλληνες είμαστε καλοφαγάδες και πολύ απαιτητηκοί σε αυτό τον τομέα!!!
