Zyxel Prestige 65h-17, ?? Options

Έχω διάφορα ντράβαλα με αυτό το χαζοκούτι.. εάν δέν έχεις ασχοληθεί με το συγκεκριμένο...τότε read no more!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased your product(650H-17) and came across several quite
dissapointing issues.
In your webpage [1] several features of the specific product were disclaimed.
Those are also mentionned in the product series datasheet [4].
Not finding many of them left me dissatisfied with your product.
In any case recognizing that I might not seen things right I am contacting you, in
order to sort things out.
To begin, the web-interface in the latest firmware[2] is only in german language.
In order to be able to work with the router I had to roll back to the [3],
which had an english web-interface but lacks in features such as uPNP, Traffic
shaping,..) which are all metioned in [1].
Appart from that neither [2] or [3] firmwares supported bandwidth managment(traffic
shaping), which IS mentioned in [1].
Finally no firewalling options seem to be present, which is also a feature mentionned
in [1].
To summarize, since [1] does NOT refer to a specific model of the 650H series(i.e.
650H-31 or 650H-17),
if the features mentionned above are indeed absent I would demand a refund.
If it is me that cannot find the appropriate firmware, that would enable the features
mentionned above,
I would appreciate you providing me with all the necessary information on where to
find the appropriate firmware.
In any case I would like you to inform me on the actual capabilities of your product.
I restate the fact that if what was disclaimed in [1] or [4] is not present I will carry on
with demanding for a refund,
since as I mentionned above your claims do NOT refer to a specific model of the
650H series, appart from Wi-Fi features which is not the case here.
