OpenX is hosting a Riak Meet-up on Wednesday July, 18 at 7:00 p.m. for a small group of Riak users and self-described database enthusiasts to talk about experiences using riak_core to build database technology. Riak is an open source, highly scalable distributed database system created by the people at Basho. Riak_core is the framework that underpins Riak making it one of the most robust, most distributed datastores available today. OpenX’s own frequency server is built using riak_core, so every user that sees one of the ads stored in our system is, in some part, seeing it in action.
Basho will be providing the beer and pizza, whilst professionals from OpenX will be providing insight into how we’ve used the software to help our rapidly growing business and, in so doing, help the thousands of businesses who rely on our technology. Register here to attend.
