i used this old-fashioned wasy and had no problem exporting the image !
i use Paintshop Pro to grab images anyway, this features area grab so i just take what i want not the entire screen ( this is a bit tiring, especially if you are using 2 monitors side by side ) --------------------    c:\ When the going gets tough, the tough get going ... |
