Cincinnati Five Way Chili - NEW!
U.S. State of Ohio traditional food - With the proliferation of Coney Island stand in the New York area the market was soon saturated. The Coney Island chile men moved accross the country looking for just the right market for their chili. The story goes that a couple of Greek brothers moved to Cincinnati about 1920. There in Cincinnati they developed what has become a signature dish for the city - The Cincinnati Five Way. There are many chili parlors that offer their version of this famous dish.

The best part about Cincinati, Ohio is that I was born there default.tongue.gif

Red Texas Chili - NEW!
U.S. State of Texas traditional food - Texans like meat, and in Texas, chili is all about meats and spices. We make ours with chunks of sirloin and season it with a blend of ancho chiles, which lend an earthy, sweet, raisin flavor, and pasilla chiles which give a spicy, deep taste. Our Texas red Chili is a "wanderin' special" on our menu, showin' up every now and then. During deer season in November, we may even make it with venison.
