Description: Appetizer - Chicken
Tbsp = tablespoon
lb = pound
Makes 12 to 16 appetizers |
Recipe Ingredients

- Onion soup mix - 1 envelope
- (substitute = dried onion flakes, garlic & onion salt & powder)
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Firmly packed brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded and cut into then strips - 1 lb
- 12 - 16 large wooden skewers, soaked in water

Recipe Instructions

In large plastic bag, combine soup mix, oil, brown sugar and peanut butter. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. On skewers, thread chicken, weaving back and forth.
Grill or broil chicken until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
