Description: Creamy quick shake - full of nutrients, including potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.
Serves - two (makes 2 1/4 cups)

Recipe Ingredients

- Plain yogurt - 1 1/4 cups
- Peeled and sliced Bananas - 2
- Variations:
- * Use other fruits such as 8 ounces of strawberries or peaches instead of bananas.

Recipe Instructions

Put the yogurt and bananas in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. |
