The company behind the USB cannon have a USB chess board for the geeks wanting to learn to play a game with actual pieces. While there are no actual pics of the chess game, the manufacturer tells us the game tracks your moves on your PC screen and can give you hints if needed.

The board is a roll up design that plugs into your USB port. You can play against either the PC or a friend and record the moves and take screen shots if you wish. The computer will track the time you have left in the game and to make your next move for you, allowing you to concentrate on the game. The board is flexible like a mouse pad and has sensors in it that will track the moves you make with the pieces on the board and replicate them on the computer screen.

The screen will also show you the computers move if you are playing it, presumably allowing you to match the computer's move on the board so you can see them in real life as well. Playing PC games with real pieces, I'm not sure what to think of that.

already here on my office, thanks to hlias_gr
