Ένας οδηγός για τον τρόπο που κρατάμε backup όλα τα στοιχεία του Outlook (επαφές,ημερολόγιο,e-mails), για να τα μεταφέρουμε σε άλλο υπολογιστή ή για ασφάλεια σε περίπτωση που προκύψει βλάβη στον υπολογιστή.
Tutorial Instructions
Ανοίξτε το Outlook και κάντε κλικ στο Αρχείο->Διαχείριση αρχείων και δεδομένων.Στο παράθυρο που θα ανοίξει μαρκάρετε το αρχείο δεδομένων του Outlook(συνήθως έχει το όνομα "προσωπικοί φάκελοι) και κάντε κλικ στο "Άνοιγμα φακέλου".



Στον φάκελο που θα ανοίξει επιλέξτε τα αρχεία Outlook.pst και archive.pst και αντιγράψτε τα σε εξωτερικό σκληρό δίσκο ή σε άλλο υπολογιστή.
