Description: Sweet fruit drink - high in vitamin C & antioxidants
Serves - two (makes 1 3/4 cups)
Prep time - 10 minutes |
Recipe Ingredients

- Ripe Mango - 1 large
- Ripe Apricots - 8
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Variations:
- * Use 1 small pineapple instead of the mango
- * Use freshly squeezed orange juice instead of water

Recipe Instructions
|
Peel and pit the mango and roughly chop the flesh. Halve and pit the apricots.
Place the mango flesh and apricots in a blender or food processor with 3/4 cup water and blend until smooth
Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the pulp.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or cover and shill before serving. |
