Description:
Sweet fruit drink - high in vitamin C & antioxidants

Serves - two (makes 1 3/4 cups)

Prep time - 10 minutes

Recipe Ingredients

Ripe Mango - 1 large
Ripe Apricots - 8
Water - 3/4 cup
Variations:
* Use 1 small pineapple instead of the mango
* Use freshly squeezed orange juice instead of water

Recipe Instructions

Peel and pit the mango and roughly chop the flesh. Halve and pit the apricots.

Place the mango flesh and apricots in a blender or food processor with 3/4 cup water and blend until smooth

Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the pulp.

Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or cover and shill before serving.
