Description:
Greece - This is my favourite food! It's quick and easy. I make it at least twice a week!!!
I LOVE THIS FOOD!!!
Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 kg green peas
  • 250 gr. tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 150 ml water
  • salt
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 6 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
Recipe Instructions
Shell the peas, if needed.
Rinse them in cold water and drain.
Sautee the onions in the olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, peas, salt and the dill.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Stir, cover and cook slowly for about 50 minutes.
Serve it with feta cheese or better with cold yoghurt (I love it)!
