With outfits like Mad Catz and Ion already jumping in, it was only a matter of time before Logitech threw on its tightest jeans, blacked out its blond hair and threw up some horns. Details are admittedly scarce, but the company has promised to provide "premium instruments" for Guitar Hero: World Tour on PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and the Wii. i do not get it : a couple of days after December 15th ( the official US launch date for the guitar ) it appeared out of stock. Today was the launch in Europe via Amazon.co.uk and again, it is out of stock.
Considering the cost of this unit i really think this is rather a Logitech problem not delivering in time than a stock issue, after all we are talking about Amazon. just read a review...
"I'm totally blown away by how amazing the quality is. You definitely get what you pay for with this guitar controller! The response time is instant, the buttons feel great, and they are totally silent! The whammy bar moves smooth and wow does it feel real! The guitar itself is solid and is actually a little heavy which adds to that "real-feel". I tried it with my RockBand and it worked just fine. I'm considering buying an additional one to replace my other plastic guitar. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS GUITAR CONTROLLER!!! Hopefully it isn't sold out when I get enough money to buy another one!" --------------------  |

forget Amazon.co.uk if you are looking for that in Europe, i waited 2 months and they never were in stock. Yesterday i canceled my Dec 02 order and ordered from a Liverpool ebay merchant ... Ordered at 9am, they dispatched the order at 13:00 and i received it today at 13:00 via amazingly fast in Europe DHL I might be offline for a couple of days, you understand me...\ First impression: this is quality. Not a single surface of plastic, metal, wood, wood metal It is heavy. It is luxurious. It does catch the eye instantly due to amazingly nice looks and color finish. Logitech packing is amazing, 3 boxes one into another to provide extra safety from freight abuse : Start  Second  Final  Noticed the glossy finish and metal parts before removing the final seal :  Outstanding line :   Outstanding, here along with GHWT new model for the PS3, Les Paul from GH III Legends Of Rock (PS3) and Kramer for PS2
