I finally managed to install WAMP ( Windows, Apache, MySql & PHP ) and IPB 2.0.4 at a fulyl functional web site here :

Posts will never synchronise between the two forums, the backup site is just a Roll out site to test the upcoming ( who knows when ? ) upgrade to 2.1.x or test some other features that woudl risk the stability of the forum here... This will also be a more peaceful place to browse old Topics & Posts... Same login details apply there, too ... We finally did it, too !
