I think something like that ...

pending hours fiddling around with connections and plugging things in before a TV session are a thing of the past. If the HD-TV or the HD-projector only has one HD input plug, but the user would like to connect various pieces of equipment to it, then the HDMI switch is the perfect solution. Set-top boxes, DVD players, HDTV-sat receivers, video cameras, games consoles and computers can all be plugged into these. ICY has it¢s HDMI Switch IB-HD141 in this range, which essentially means that plugging cables in, changing them over etc. only needs to be done once, when setting the box up. There are 4 HD lines in, and 1 line out which can be connected to the television. There are 3 lines in on the back of the HDMI switch.

This unit allows frequently used equipment such as the satellite reciever set-top box, DVD or Blu-ray player to stay permanently connected. The front side of the ICY BOX HD141 has another line in, where items such as digital cameras, camcorders, games console or computers can be sporadically attached as needed. Coloured LEDs tell the user what is happening. The blue LED shows the energy levels, and the green one shows the selected channel. The switch can easily be operated using the infrared remote control. For Full HD quality, the HDMI switch is compatible with HDMI version 1.3, and has a 1080p HDTV resolution.

As far as audio is concerned, the unit supports Dolby True HD, DTS-HD and DTS standards.
