In a 13 X 9 - inch baking dish, arrange chicken; top with tomato. Pour Garlic powder/salt, herbs, spices with water and oil over chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.
