Ingredients ::

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 package taco seasoning mix (or add 1-2 cups salsa to meat)
• 1 medium head of iceberg lettuce chopped
• 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 large tomatoes diced
• 1 medium sweet onion diced
• 1 green pepper diced
• 1 can sliced black olives drained
• 1 bag tortilla chips or crisp fried flour tortilla bowl
• Dressing:
• 1 jar salsa
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 scoop guacamole (optional)

Description ::
Easy tasty main dish salad

Serves 4

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. Make according to package directions. Cool

In a large serving bowl, add remaining salad ingredients. Add beef and chips* right before serving.

Mix together sour cream and salsa. Add dressing to salad.

Scoop of Guacamole for side dipping.

*If using tortilla bowl - omit chips and serve salad in individual tortilla bowls
