Ingredients ::

• 2 lbs. lobster meat cut into bite sized pieces
• juice of 2 limes
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup white grape juice
• 3 Tbsp. minced shallots
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
• 1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
• 4 Tbsp. butter
• salt & pepper

Description ::
Aphrodisiac (Kamaki tool ) - lobster, soy sauce, garlic, ginger root

Marinate 2 lbs. lobster meat cut into bite sized pieces in juice of 2 limes, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup white grape juice, 3 Tbsp. minced shallots, 1 Tbsp. minced garlic, 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot, 4 Tbsp. butter, salt and pepper to taste for 24 hours in a plastic bag in your refrigerator.

To serve just heat it up in the microwave.
