"onrsd.exe" Error Options

this is possibly the same issue i am experiencing at work:

Hi all ,

I 've recently installed "Orcle 9i" and "JDK and JRE of version 1.5 Update 6".
Since then I am having this error.

"ONRSD.exe error"
The instruction at "0x7c911e58" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"

Moreover, I have all microsoft updates installed on my PC including XP SP2 , also my PC is doesnt contain any virus, spyware, malware etc, I have checked it thoroughly.

How can I resolve it, please help. !!!
