You could also add that my connection at home is very slow so every now and then I go to an internet cafe to download things (faster)...

I think these interenet cafe's are relatively new here in the states ... I've only seen one ... so no I wouldn't, but Sarkey thank you, that is a good idea, when traveling it would be excellent.

in Greece ( in Europe in general ) there is a madness towards those new kind of business : the most affected target group is teenagers who want to go out and play online games with their friends

there was an explosion in the number of internet cafes in australia too but as is the case with these things their number reduced within a couple of years. Now you'd find a few in the central business districts and in the touristy areas; each suburb would have 1 or 2 now just for gamers.

well, yes, i agree that there was a burst in the beginning and things are getting more reasonal ; on the other hand, the gaming communities get more and more strong worldwide as new online games appear that get people more and more affected
