You definitely need the Pro Edition because in addition to Standard one it can :
- Move files to different folders dynamically.
- freedb.org online music database support.
- Use JPEG files metadata (EXIF) in names.
- Use basic image properties support in names (e.g width, color depth.. ).
- Switch places for parts of names easily.
- Apply any filter on text files contents (e.g. Uppercase multiple text files).
- Use text currently stored in the Windows Clipboard in names.
- Apply filters on a substring or a token of names.
- Show predicted file name lengths and full path lengths in Rename List.
- Advanced sort support - sort Rename List by multiple columns.
