I usually fly United and Air France. Both of them are pretty good, especially on internation flights. I use United to fly in the USA, and I use Air France to fly from the US to Europe. Though I did have few issues with both airlines, I am globally satisfied. The staff is pretty polite, and helpful. The food on United isn't very "gastronomic", however Air France makes a lot of efforts to serve good food.
I'd like to know what is your favorite airline, and what airline you do not like. I'm sure most of you use the airplane quite often.

i sometimes tend to think Olympic Airways air hostesses are a bit egocentric, too typical and less true-caring : something like an actress being interviewed : she will be gentle at all times but she will also wear that look : "i have done that a thousand times and i am just puting up with you"

I don't think Olympic Airways has a good customer satisfaction. Compared to United, where staff must be very polite, Air France and Olympic don't seem to have that kind of philosophy.
Jack, there might be a lot of space on business class but not on economy.
