I remember when I discussed Theoktonia¢s concept with a couple of friends, it went like this:

-Basically, Hades gets ###### off with Zeus and raises the dead to wage a divine civil war.

-So you wanna make an ancient Greek myth zombie comic??

-Hmmm pretty much…

-Totally cool!

In retrospect I must say that this simple description doesn¢t do credit to the wider Theoktonia theme. But I wanted to keep the cool features of that idea, to make an enjoyably brutal and sexy comic with lots of undead offering themselves for endless splatter fun! Issue 2 is the epitome of that approach, while from issue 3 the deeper message starts to emerge.
